[Fairy Tales] The Three Little Pigs

( Setting )
  1. Once upon a time there were three little pigs who lived with their mother in a cozy little house.
  2. One summer, their mother sent them on a journey.
  3. She also warned them about a big bad wolf who lived in the woods.
  4. So they set out on an adventurous journey.
  5. They came across a field and decided to build houses for themselves.
  6. The first pig was very lazy. He started to build his house with straw because it was the easiest thing to do.
  7. He soon finished and went off to see his brothers.
  8. That was so easy! Let me find out what my other brothers are doing.
  9. The second little pig was also lazy, so he built his house with sticks.
  10. He, too, finished quickly and went off to see his brothers.
  11. Well my house is all built. I am going to go find my other brothers.
  12. The third little pig was a hard worker and he was very clever too.
  13. He started to build his house with bricks.
  14. It wasn't easy or quick but it was very strong.
  15. This house will last forever. It is so strong.
  16. The first and second pig went to the third pig's house.
  17. They were surprised to see their brother still working.
  18. They both laughed at him. The two pigs went outside to play.
  19. Youpiee. You wont be laughing when the big bad wolf is around. My house is strong and safe.
  20. One evening, the big bad wolf came to the thin straw house that the first little pig had built.
  21. He knocked on the door. As soon as the first little pig saw the big bad wolf standing outside, he started shivering.
  22. Let me in, let me in, little pig! Or I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house in!
  23. Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!
  24. Immediately, the wolf huffed and he puffed and the thin straw house was blown away.
  25. The first little pig ran to his brother, The Second Little Pigs's house to save himself.
  26. Save me brother. The big bad wolf blew my house in.
  27. But the big bad wolf came there too.
  28. So the big bad wolf huffed and he puffed and the house of sticks came tumbling down.
  29. Luckily, the two little pigs ran to the Third Little Pig's house and locked themselves in.
  30. Let me in, let me in, little pig! Or I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house in!
  31. Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!
  32. Let's go to see out brother. We will be safe there. Yes, let's do that.
  33. Finally, the big bad wolf banged on the door of the brick house.
  34. Let me in, let me in, little pig! Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!
  35. Then I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house in!
  36. Finally the big bad wolf climbed on the roof of the brick house and then sneaked down through the chimney.
  37. Brother, the big bad wolf is climbing up onto the roof of your house.
  38. But the third little pig was too clever. He had placed a big pot of bubbling soup over the fire.
  39. As the big bad wolf came through the chimney, his tail got caught in the bubbling soup.
  40. The big bad wolf jumped out of the chimney with a loud scream.
  41. The wolf ran into the forest and was never to be seen again.
  42. The first and second pig thanked their brother for saving their lives.
  43. They also decided to work hard and build strong brick houses of their own.
  44. Thank you brother for saving our lives. I think I will go and build myself a nice strong house made of bricks.
  45. Good idea. Yes, yes, I will help you brothers.
  46. After a few days of hard work the first and the second pig built a brick house for themselves and they all lived happily ever after.
  47. Now that we have strong house made, lets play...

What is lazy mode?

Foreignthinking is a game, not a test. However, some people just want to verify what they did is correct or not, not want to challenge themselves. That's why we have this new learning style.

Lazy mode is an efficient way to learn English. If you want to try it, please be our contributors as below~

How to see more learning materials for free?

In order to make this study camp keep growing, from May 2017, we decide to show learning materials for people that are welling to provide at least "one" learning material for other people. You can be our contributors with this link: How to create a new learning material.

The [BBC] [English at Work] series is also invisible in the home menu but will be displayed on the facebook fan page. Other BBC series, or new learning materials after May 2017 will not be displayed on home menu or facebook fan page.

It's also good for you to learn English while you are doing it. You will have abilities to analyze English paragraphs and to compare the difference thinking way with your mother language. So, it's definitely good to have a try.

Just keep learning, sharing, and having fun~
